Episode 4 of the Tingling web series is the one where the office finds out what a POSH policy is, mostly by not having one.

The setup

A new investor walks in — her name is Neha, she is representing her father, and she is not what anyone at Tingling was expecting. The CDO reacts with the emotional maturity of a golden retriever. Everyone else reacts with a queue.

Featuring

A mandatory training video. A CFO trying very hard to make eye contact only with a laptop. A HR who has never heard the word POSH before this morning. And the tech guy — silent for three episodes — finally opens his mouth.
